URGENT! If you have a problem getting Sonic Memo up and running the first time, please give me a chance to help you before requesting a refund. No, you don't have to; I honor refund requests as SOON as I see them. But I hate to see someone NOT get the benefit of web site audio because maybe a file is configured wrong. Please Note:

1. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the manual (you probably already have it installed on your computer).

2. (Ignore this if you downloaded the self-extracting EXE version for Windows.) The program has been placed in a zip file and must be "unzipped" before use. The most popular utility for Windows is WinZip and the most popular utility for Macintosh is Stuffit Expander. Download the correct utility for your system, if needed, and install it (each should come with its own installation instructions and each is free.)

3. When you unarchive the Sonic Memo Lite program you should extract it to your desktop so that it's easy to find. You'll end up with a folder named "sonicmemolite" and everything you need is inside there.

5. To use all the features of the Sonic Memo Lite authoring tool you'll want to install QuickTime. It's a free plug-in that you can download at the link below. You may already have it -- if not, when you first run Sonic Memo Lite it will let you know.

Join the Sonic Memo affiliate program and you'll have the opportunity to make a commission for sending new customers to the site.
